@fabrizio-vindigni buena pregunta. Me gusta mucho la presentación circular, pero en la opción sin la salsa. Al añadir la salsa en el centro queda todo demasiado junto. Asà que con la salsa, prefiero la presentación en una lÃnea. Queda muy bonita y la salsa rompe la simetrÃa de forma muy elegante

As for the plating: both styles have charm, but the circular composition feels more elegant and visually balanced. It gives each ingredient space to stand out while still feeling unified — like a well-curated dialogue on the plate. The linear version feels more dynamic, but it’s harder to maintain harmony and visual rhythm across the length.
