• Seafood is the traditional to go for xmas dinners where i live. This is a simple seafood salad with vegetables, goat cheese and roasted bell peppers sauce, with a mix of cold and warm preps

@fabrizio-vindigni buena pregunta.

Hey Fabrizio! 😄 What a beautiful idea for a Christmas dinner — fresh, colorful, and full of texture. The balance between cold and warm elements adds a thoughtful, refined touch!

As for the plating: both styles have charm, but the circular composition feels more elegant and visually balanced. It gives each ingredient space to stand out while still feeling unified — like a well-curated dialogue on the plate. The linear version feels more dynamic, but it’s harder to maintain harmony and visual rhythm across the length.
