      Estoy haciendo el curso de Turrones: Clasicos y Tradicionales de David Gil, me llamo mucho la atencion el Turron Duro de Nougat, y me he decidio a hacerlo y os enseño el resultado. Me ha salido un poco blando no se cual es el motivo pero de sabor es espectacular.

      • I had the same result, the nougat came out soft and I mean very soft. Mine still tasted very nice but would not hold it’s shape when cut. I believe that I did not get the syrup hot enough before whipping into egg whites. would you say the same? At least yours holds it shape, so well done.
