              @soldamiani Thank you sear 😊 I always start by lightly browning the chicken and vegetables to build that base flavor. It makes such a difference. Then I deglaze with a splash of water or stock to lift all those caramelized bits. After that, it’s just slow simmering and a bit of patience to let everything blend together.
