@fabrizio-vindigni Totally agree. Maison François knows it — in the reel they mention they also prepare dishes like tartar or Caesar salad right in front of their guests. It’s not just service, it’s a show. A moment that turns food into experience. Would you do that in your restaurant if you run one? Or have you ever tried something like that at home? 👀

@soldamiani I have an open space where kitchen and dining room are together. My friends, because I only cook for them, always watch me prepare if they please. My house is small and organized over a 3 story building, so… Yeah 😂
