      Butter-Kissed Ravioli

      Today I decided to give a little twist to a classic, because sometimes in the most familiar things lies the possibility to surprise us again.

      Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese were first gently cooked until the pasta became perfectly soft and tender, and then they found new life in the pan… lightly sautéed in butter, which gave them a golden crust and that subtle crispness that awakens all the senses.

      I topped them with a creamy mushroom and parmesan sauce, bringing depth, the earthy aroma of the forest, and a delicate nutty note from the cheese. And for the final touch, toasted almonds, small but powerful, added a crunchy contrast and a new layer of flavor.

              @soldamiani Aww, thank you dear! 😍To be honest, the idea of giving the ravioli that golden crust came from a very personal “mission”. My husband isn’t really a fan of boiled stuffed pasta. So I thought, why not give them a little crispiness and see what happens? Let’s just say… it worked! 😁
