What a great and motivating idea! I’d love to join the #BeforeAndAfterScoolinary challenge.
To be honest, I haven’t finished the first course by the same chef yet, and I really want to apply everything from it properly to get the most out of it. I’ll be eagerly watching everyone’s creations. Good luck to all participants!

Count me in! ✨ This self-challenge is such a brilliant way to reflect on growth and push creativity even further. I already have a few dishes in mind that could use a fresh lens—especially after diving into the Plating Conceptualization course. The idea of reassembling with intention, balance, and narrative is exactly the kind of spark I needed.
