• My goal is to perfect my craft to the point that a dish I make is deserving of being a person’s final meal.

      • A key lesson I learned: you have to balance the beauty of the presentation with the speed of service to keep the food hot

How inspiring what you share! Your passion and attention to detail really show in the presentation of the dish. I’m curious, what do you enjoy perfecting the most: the cooking technique, the creativity in plating, or the combination of flavors? Thank you for sharing it with the community.

          • @sussan_scoolinaryteam I was delighted to read your comment; thank you for your generous support. It is a difficult question, as each element brings its own particular pleasure. Technique provides me with confidence, presentation allows my imagination to soar, but it is the combination of flavors where I feel I pour a part of my soul into the dish. That, for me, is the most rewarding part. My thanks to you again.

Chef Hussain: Your words, your intention, and your plating — all resonate with purpose. 🌱 Thank you for sharing that vision with us.

These latest shots show a deliberate, poetic structure. The minimalist composition on the dark plate draws the eye into each precise detail: the clean lines of the asparagus, the tender, vibrant slices of meat, and the soft contrast with the purées. There’s balance, yes — but also storytelling. The vertical alignment evokes rhythm, and the garnish choices show restraint.
What’s the most challenging element for you when it comes to balancing heat and aesthetics? Are there techniques you’ve developed to gain those extra seconds of service without losing plating finesse?
Please, if you feel like it, share this plate on Instagram tagging @Scoolinary_en — there’s a quiet elegance here worth celebrating. 💫
