Dinner for friends (or how the photo of the final dish remained just an idea)
Today I made stuffed cannelloni with ground meat, carrots, and roasted red peppers – a true little comfort on a plate. Each roll was carefully sealed with cheese, then baked in a sauce made of cooking cream, garlic, and parmesan.
I managed to snap a photo during prep, but the final result… well, my hungry friends devoured it faster than I could say, “Wait, let me take a picture!”
Evening takeaway:
When people are silent while eating and the plates come back empty, you know it was a success.
But next time… photo first, then serving, even if they try to snatch the phone from my hand! I will fight hard!!! 💪🏼😎

I completely agree with what Maloles said. Lana, you prepared a wonderful dinner and I love reading how you paid attention to every detail of those cannelloni, from the filling to the baking with that creamy sauce. And the fact that there’s no photo of the final dish only means one thing: total success at the table!🙌🏻
The photo of the preparation already shows how well made and appetizing they were , you can really see the care you put into them.
And your story with your friends made me smile… those dinners where everyone forgets about their phones because they’re enjoying the food are the absolute best.

My heart was full too, watching my friends forget about their phones and simply enjoy the moment. Evenings like that are the ones we remember. Thank you again for sharing the joy with me. It truly warmed my heart to share this with all of you!
P.S. Tonight, my friends asked me to make bruschetta. I made them four types of bruschetta. I managed to take a picture 😂😂😂
