They’ve got that perfect golden color that makes you want to tear them apart with your hands and hear that satisfying crunch. The scoring opened up beautifully,always a great sign that the fermentation went just right.
What was the best tip you learned from this course? I bet your kitchen smelled incredible while they were baking. Great job! 🙌🏻
