Well I did it! Eclairs with a Cointreau and mascarpone cream filling and topped with a dark chocolate ganache. So good. #EclairChallenge

@Sol Damiani I wasn’t heavy handed with the Cointreau. So it was just the perfect little citrusy kick. I was a little worried about the zest overpowering things but it was just enough.
