Very good explanations, easy to follow

I had a lot of fun doing this course! Damien explained everything very well, making sure to highlight the important parts and even mentioning how to adapt this for a larger production. The recipes are great and tasty. I would have liked a bit more variety in the fillings (e.g. adding a cake layer), but this course was great for getting started.
