She doesn’t seem comfortable baking. Showing how a brown butter is done or how rolling the crinkle cookies in the sugars for the best effect would have been more useful for beginner than having a scooping chapter for each dough. Not bad in itself but there’s an awkward vibe. Not for people used to baking.
