Great course, detailed instructions. Just one con.

This course open my eyes to the myriad of laminated / non-laminated rich French pastries to include in my repotoire as a baker. The series is well-filmed, instructions are clear. I thoroughly enjoyed it except for one con, which is the background music that was present the entire time. I really don’t mind a bit of background music, but this track was so repetitive that is off-putting.
