Excellent course on the basic mother sauces

I really enjoyed this course, and the instructor was very helpful in his suggestions of uses for the sauce themselves. I would’ve liked to see some additional recipes using the prepared sauces just to get more ideas. Overall, I was very satisfied with the content of this course and look forward to experimenting in my own home kitchen.
