        Trying out more than just a bi-colour Croissant.

        Regular recipe, used a blue food colour for the main dough, red for the bi-colour layer.

        The main dough turned out purple. 🤣

        One day, I’d like to get each wall of the honeycomb to be a different colour.

        Might be a challenge to do that. 😳😁

            Hi all.

            My quick and dirty entry into the #CopyCatBurger challenge.

            Brioche bun

            Wagyu beef patty

            Caramelised red onion

            Baby spinach, forgot the Avocado 🙄

            Sriracha mayo, minus the lime because I forgot to buy one. 😩

            I used Red Leicester cheese instead of cheddar, I love the taste of it.

            It was a simple burger, it’s no Juanita though. 😁

                I have to apologise. I have been really unwell, with whatever the heck is going around in Melbourne at the moment. 🤢

                  I completed the first task. I made Italian meringue. I was wanting to use it for a dish, however, I ran out of time.

                  I was sure I had filmed myself piping the meringue, but I don’t know what happened to the footage.
