@soldamiani here’s a pic after finishing the cook. Then I pulled/shredded the meat and reserved the veg/seperated the fat. Final pics later. I’m about 9 hours behind CET! 😁

@soldamiani I just opened it and it was still ripping hot! 🔥 The carrots are crazy good but I haven’t got to the fennel yet. It’s super caramelized though and looks amazing.
