          @Sol Damiani thanks a lot for you wonderful words, for me the cakes I make are never perfect. When I finish, I think and rethink every passage I’ve made in the preparation, thus I can avoid some errors that I’ve made and maybe next time I’ll make better. I hope I grow this way, or I am simply a paranoid pasticcera 😊

            I’ve enjoyed the most making the chocolate border that’s on the low edge of the cake. Chocolate is a miracle, how it shines if properly tempered, how it acquires the form that is needed. Anyway, I’m already thinking about making the next dessert that is from the course of the chef Bachour.
