El plato de Lana no solo cumplió con todos los requisitos del reto, sino que los superó con sensibilidad, técnica y una historia poderosa detrás. 👏Supo elegir la variedad de patata ideal para su preparación, aplicar diversas técnicas con precisión, y jugar con texturas, formas y contrastes de forma magistral.
Lo que más nos conquistó fue que su plato tiene alma. No es solo una excelente receta, sino un verdadero homenaje a la infancia y la tradición, reinterpretado con una mirada actual y mucho criterio. 💫Lana supo resolver con inteligencia las limitaciones de temporada usando mermelada casera, y elevó el resultado con detalles como el panko tostado y una crema de vainilla con ron que nos hizo soñar.
En resumen, presentó un plato equilibrado, emotivo y muy bien ejecutado, donde la patata fue protagonista en todas sus formas y texturas. 🏆Por todo esto, su “Ensueño de ciruela y nata” se corona como ganador de este Challenge.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this incredible recognition! 💫 I’m beyond happy that my Plum & Cream Reverie resonated not only in flavor, but emotionally as well. This challenge inspired me to blend childhood memories with technique and deep respect for the humble potato. Huge congratulations to all the participants. Every dish told its own unique story. Let’s keep creating, dreaming, and pushing boundaries! ✨ This made my day 💞
