If I were a guest at your restaurant I would definitely ask for the Sweet Soy Glazed Salmon, Asian Coleslaw in a fried Won Ton “Taco” shell. 😍

@Sol Damiani that taco was part of a five course dinner I donated to an auction. It was very tasty and lead into the Dungeness Crab Bisque which was my favorite of that dinner.
The first course was the Stuffed Baked Brie, then the taco, then the Bisque, Filet Mignon aka Diane, with a double-crusted apple pie with a pecan praline crust on top.
