      This might be a regional dish so I’m curious if anyone has heard of Utica greens? It’s blanched escarole that’s tossed with sautéed onions, garlic and pancetta. Add in your preferred amount of pickled hot peppers, top with Panko and Parmesan and broil till golden brown.

          @Sussan ScoolinaryTeam we do love it. It took me a while to get the right level of spicy. But I do have to be careful because the level of spice intensifies in any leftovers 🤣
