The way you placed the cheese, the baking color, and the basil leaves is really well done. How did you work the dough? Did you go for a long fermentation or a quicker method?

That Margherita looks like summer on a plate 🌞🍕
The crust is golden and even, the cheese has that perfect bubbly melt, and the tomatoes are juicy and vibrant. The basil adds just the right pop of color and aroma. It’s amazing how something so simple can feel so complete.
