Love how versatile brioche can be. Absolute treat by itself, with the sugar topping or with the sweet or savoury fillings. Can’t stop creating different combinations and flavours. Good that I have a pretty big family to feed to those addictive things:))

Alfajores course with Huan Manuel Herrera.
Even though making the walnut flour is pretty time consuming , Walnut Alfajor worth every minute of your time !They are fantastic.
the Chocolate Alfajor is favourite to many as well! Thank you for the course, Chef and Schoolinary!
