    This is an awesome course!

One question, though: once you make the fermented flours, how long will they last?

    Thanks!

    Hi, @mrs-inespalergmail-com

Flour can last up to 2 months if kept in good conditions, for example in a dry, light-free place.
We hope this information is helpful.

    Greetings.

Oh, wow, that’s a lot more than I expected, given they are fermented. Thanks!
