Hi Paul.
Welcome to the Scoolinary community, and thank you for your question.
To access the full content of each course, you’ll need to subscribe. However, each course also gives you access to Chapter 1, where you’ll find free content such as the course introduction and some additional materials.
Please note that the recipe booklets are only available once you’ve subscribed. If you expand each course chapter, you’ll see that some lessons are available for free ,they’re easy to identify as they’re marked in green.
I hope this information is helpful! If you have any other questions, we’re here to help.
Best regards.

Hi Paul.
I checked with the content team and they informed me that we have 5 free courses available. These courses are in Spanish, but you have the option to change both the subtitles and the audio to English.
To make these changes, simply click on the bar below the video and select your preferred language.
Here are the direct links to the courses:

Hi Paul.
I checked the course from another user who isn’t subscribed, and they were able to take the test for the free Italian pasta course. (Screenshot attached.)
In your case, to understand what’s happening, I’d kindly ask you to send us a screenshot of the “error” message that appears when you try to take the tests. That way, we can better understand what might be going on.
Best regards.-

Hi Paul.
I find it strange that you’re unable to complete the tests, as I checked with two other users who don’t have a Scoolinary subscription and they were able to take the test for the free course.
In any case, I kindly ask you to send an email to soporte@scoolinary.com so they can review the status of your user account and help identify what might be going on.
If you have any other questions, I’m here to help.
Best regards.

Hi Chef Paul,
I’ve impersonated your account in the app and was able to reproduce the same error. However, when I run the test using my own user, everything works fine.
I’ll check in with our technical team and get back to you as soon as I have more information. Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.
By the way, while we work on this, we’d love to hear what you thought about the course!
Best regards,
Sol

Hi Chef Paul and @sussan_scoolinaryteam (FYI)
I tried accessing the same test from a desktop computer from your user Paul and I can see that you have the full test completed. Have you tried doing it from a computer? It seems like the issue only happens in the app. The team is already investigating it.
