@soldamiani as this was simply dinner for me and my wife, I didn’t play with any garnish. If this was for service, I would use minced curly parsley.
There is no freshness in the dish, just heat and lots of flavorful spices!
This is my wife’s favorite dinner. I tried to duplicate this dish from a local restaurant, but mine is much spicier due to the spice blend I use.-

Thank you! I love being able to replicate a dish without having a recipe. It is not exact due to the different spices, but it has the essence of the original dish.
