      For my challenge, I recreated Bryan Furman’s BBQ chicken with all the sides.

      The sides:

      • Grilled corn and avocado salad with red onion and green capsicum, dressed in lemon juice, honey, and a touch of Bryan’s BBQ seasoning.
      • Roasted pumpkin, also seasoned with his blend, which turned out creamy, smoky, and delicious.
      • A simple, refreshing coleslaw to balance the richness.

      Earlier today, I prepared Bryan’s peach sauce, made with ketchup, American mustard, peaches, and spices—sweet, tangy, and packed with flavor.

      The chicken was the shining star: perfectly seasoned, moist, and succulent. The apple cider vinegar spritz not only kept the meat juicy but added an extra layer of flavor.

      I followed Bryan’s ingredients and instructions step by step, and the results were absolutely worth it—every element worked together to showcase both the science and soul of barbecue.

        • @kevin-godbee everything was so tasty. I was a little nervous about using the same spice mix on everything but somehow it just works. This simple blend seemed to enhance different flavours in each dish bringing out its own unique taste.

              Me encanta como has preparado todo tal cual la receta de Bryan. Se ve delicioso todo y ese punto que sólo las brasas suelen dar. Un trabajo estupendo, seguro que lo disfrutasteis mucho.😍

              • We enjoyed it so much. The leftover chicken frame i used to make a stock and used that to make some BBQ Chiken, pumpkin and corn soup. That was delicious also. I used the seasoning mix in the soup too.
