My journey took me through the depths of the most challenging scientific disciplines, from calculus and algebra and stat to physics and electronics. And while certificates of excellence came to me one after another for two consecutive years, I was discovering a deeper secret.
In the midst of complex equations and precise theories, there was only one moment when time would stand still, a moment I would forget everything and merge with the universe in absolute serenity… that moment was always in the kitchen.
It was then I realized that my true passion didn’t lie in solving problems, but in creating flavors. So, I decided to follow the call of my heart and swapped the science labs and the rigid classes for a culinary arts academy, where I crowned my journey with a diploma that blends the precision I learned with the passion I live.
