Arugula Salad with Sweet Figs, Salty Roquefort & Candied Walnuts: A perfect harmony of flavors and textures, featuring the sweetness of figs, the saltiness of cheese, and the crunch of walnuts, tossed in a maple-balsamic-olive oil emulsified dressing.
I plated it in two ways and used two types of plates.

It looks delicious, Hussain! The combination of sweet figs, Roquefort cheese, and candied walnuts sounds amazing, and the presentation on both plates is very elegant. I find it interesting how the perception of the dish changes with the two platings which one do you prefer and why?

@sussan_scoolinaryteam To be honest, I didn’t like the decoration of either of them, and I’m still trying to figure out why. However, the wonderful taste and balance made up for it.
