Wow, these look absolutely stunning! The lamination is so clean and those chocolate-striped croissants are bakery-level gorgeous. And the almond-topped ones with powdered sugar… pure perfection! You can really see all the work from Bachour’s course paying off. Bravo! 👏😍

@sussan_scoolinaryteam I think patience was the most difficult thing 🤭. I’m learning how to make them in advance to always have dough ready in the freezer!
