Hi, everyone! I hope you’re enjoying the holidays.
I’ve just returned from an amazing week in Italy and Switzerland. It’s not always easy to get back into old routines, but luckily my creativity in the kitchen hasn’t faded. Now that our garden is starting to gift us fresh veggies every day, I’ve decided to make the most of their natural flavors and colors.
Honestly, what could be more beautiful than freshly harvested treats?
Let’s celebrate zucchini season with a zucchini carpaccio in lemon marinade, topped with fresh feta and herbs from our garden. #GreenChallenge 🙂🙂🙂Lana Mihajlović, Judy Keegan y3 más-

Hi Orsolya! It’s such a joy to have you back and so full of culinary inspiration! Thank you for joining the #GreenChallenge!💚
Your dish is a visual delight: the zucchini rolls are arranged with almost poetic precision, and the contrast with the grated feta adds freshness, texture, and a bright white that makes all the colors pop. The lemon marinade sounds like a perfect way to enhance the flavors without overpowering them. How did you nail the marinating time? Did you let it rest or serve it right away?
Thanks so much for sharing hope to see you join the challenge again with more beautiful creations! -
