Kevin, what a joy to see this dish! Thanks for sharing it with such great detail. The sauce looks absolutely amazing smooth, glossy, and full of flavor and the mushrooms add so much character.
The salmon looks super juicy, and those blistered shishito peppers give it a toasty touch that makes you want to dig right in.
Have you ever tried switching up the type of miso or adding a bit of heat to the sauce to play with different layers of flavor?
