      Butterfly Peas flower🦋 

      The rarest natural colour in the food world.

      Gladly I can use it for my pastry and the colour result is unbelievable.

      .

      The blue veil where inspired by @chez_martina_events, but instead of sprinkling the dry flowers on top I sugared the flower instead and created a slightly sweet and bitter flavour to match with the mysteriousness of the colour also bringing freshness from the lemon cheesecake 🍋
