After completing the Zero Waste batch cooking course I decided I would go all out and commit myself to the challenge and have a day of batch cooking. Tonight, our first meal i cooked from everything that was prepared today was the Fish stew. I added some prawns to the dish.
the meal was filling and tasted great.
