Guys, I’m here without photos today. I wanted to jump in and tell you that I’ve just watched the introduction to the new Gelato course by Sergio Dondoli. I watched his story twice, both times with tears in my eyes.
This passion he delivers in the video touched my heart. This is what attracts me to Italy. Their passion for anything they do and the way they share the passion with others. I’ll watch this course, and sooner or later, I’ll go to Sangimignano to meet Sergio Dondoli at his gelateria. 🙂

The fact that you even plan to visit his gelateria in Italy someday is so beautiful,it really speaks to your commitment, not just to learning, but to going all the way to experience his creations firsthand.
That said, your gelato presentation is simply lovely it looks delicate, fresh, and full of life! The combination of colors and textures makes it even more inviting.
