      These days, the weather just can’t make up its mind… sun, then rain, then sun again, then clouds… Just when I think summer is coming, it’s like it’s playing tricks. 😅 All these weather mood swings are messing with my energy, and honestly, we’re all a bit slow and sleepy.

      So today, I decided not to give in and made myself a real energy bomb in the form of a smoothie!

      Forest berries, yogurt, a bit of banana for sweetness, and honey to tie it all together. Voilà, an instant mood and energy booster. Feels like I’ve stepped into a little secret forest garden full of vitamins and good vibes. ✨

      Summer might not have arrived yet, but with this smoothie, at least I can call it in! Who’s joining me on this forest adventure?

        Yo me apunto. Por aquí llevamos un par de días con mucho calor y un batido fresquito lleno de vitaminas me vendría de maravilla

          @sussan_scoolinaryteam Today was really one of those spontaneous inspirations, but I like to have a few favorite recipes I come back to. I truly enjoy experimenting with smoothies. I often use chia and flax seeds in my smoothies, as well as cinnamon and ginger… a real vitamin bomb! 😊 I’m glad you liked the idea, thank you for the kind words! This mix helps me keep my energy up, especially when the weather is unpredictable.
