Last night I made a green risotto inspired by the fresh flavours of the season. I used young garlic, spinach, and asparagus—such a beautiful green harmony of taste and colour! 🌱
To finish, I added some leaves from our garden: parsley, fennel, and even a few radish leaves. I served it on my favourite plate, and it turned out just as vibrant and fresh as I imagined.
Seasonal cooking at its best! 💚Lana Mihajlović, Kim T P. y7 más-

What a delicious-looking risotto, Orsolya! You can tell it was made with great care and fresh seasonal ingredients.
I loved how you combined young garlic, spinach, and asparagus with herbs from your garden a true celebration of green and vibrant cooking! The plating also conveys freshness and simplicity, and that touch of radish and fennel leaves adds a beautiful wild, natural feel.
As a suggestion, you might consider adding a contrasting element in terms of color—like thin slices of pickled beetroot, edible petals, or even a sprinkle of coarsely grated Parmesan to make the visual composition of the dish pop even more.
Did you try serving it with any particular side? I’d love to hear how you paired it.
Thanks so much for sharing it with the community. ❤️ -
