This is your fourht entry, Chef Ksenia! impressive work in this Challenge so far! Your Black Forest Entremet looks absolutely stunning! The mirror glaze is so shiny and even, making it look truly luxurious. I love how you arranged the decorations so harmoniously, creating such a festive and elegant vibe. @Sol Damiani thanks a lot, my favourite part of the process is always covering with the glaze 💕💕💕 it’s an extreme pleasure to see how it treacles down, all shiny and smooth. Then I enjoyed a lot working with these small spheres on top, they are so cute.
There’s no secret I’m in love with all the courses of Chef Antonio Bachour, with all the precious tips that he’s giving, and I’m so happy I’ve discovered Scoolinary
