      I am a home chef that used a lot of arm muscle to roll out dough. I did not get it thin enough but I can’t complain after my first try. It’s about what I learned from the entire process.

            Here’s a little tip: next time, if you want the dough to be easier to handle and roll thinner, you can let it rest for a few minutes between stretches. It helps relax the gluten, making it much easier to work with.
