      Hi all!!

      Tried out our new oven today, and a new recipe :):):)

      I made a delicious Boule Bread from Lutz Geibler’s bread course, though having my doubts about it may not rising enough as it uses Half A GRAM OF FRESH YEAST, it turned out really soft and puffy. I do believe I could have pushed a bit too much when folding it as it did not have as many air pockets. But it was very tasty!
