Hi all!

Sadly we are unable to go back to our rented house, because of the amount of black mold, and the unstable roof in Grazalema because of the lack of care and respect from the owner. Though I am happy because I didn’t have much of a future there.

I am going to start baking again now that we have a basic enough kitchen in our new house (still under construction) in a diferent town.

This time I made a delicious batch of a personaly adapted chocolate chip cookie recipe (original recipe from joyfoodsunshine.com, by Laura)😋. They are very soft, tasty and VERY adictive 😅😂

I would say they may be a little undercooked, as the centre is a bit glossy, but the recipe did call to bake them for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 190C (375F), and I baked them for about 12 minutes, so they should be alright.
