      I made a simple, comforting stew with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chicken and a small amount of potatoes. I seasoned it with turmeric and a mix of warm spices, which gave it this beautiful golden color and a gentle depth of flavor.

      I wanted something nourishing and balanced, light, but still satisfying. The vegetables stayed tender but not overcooked, the potatoes added just a bit of natural thickness, and the chicken kept it hearty.
