• While making the Croissant Roll Rochers, I prepared their filing (I used peanuts instead of hazelnuts as it is hard to find some untouched hazelnuts at a normal price here 😅).

      But as I ended up making them smaller because they weren’t cooking properly, I was unable to use that filling, so, instead of throwing it away, I made the most of it by making a chocolate cake, and some cupcakes.

      They turned out really good, spongy, and had quite an enjoyable peanuty tang to them!
