Hi all!
I am trying to make brioche from Antonio Bachour’s, but it is way to sticky, i tried putting it in the fridge, to cool the butter in it, but it hasn’t helped much.
I’ve also been kneeding it for about 40 minutes by hand thinking it would help.
Any tips you have for this problem???

Tried adding flour maybe a tsp at a time? Sending your arms good energy after kneading!

Yes, ended up adding more flour. Normaly it would not be recomended as it can change the flavour and consistency of the dough. But baking the Sugar Brioche Buns today, they turned out great!

Hi Sam, what kind of butter are you using? Are you using a higher percentage of fat? Like 82-83%? Are you in a hot weather?
