Hi everyone! I made cheesesteak fries with vegan cheese sauce!
Not sure if there’s a technical term for this method but I boiled the peeled potatoes, mashed, seasoned, added cornstarch, let it rest in the refrigerator on a cookie sheet, used a pizza slicer to cut into fries, and fried once! I then topped with cheesesteak, and a Cajun vegan cheese sauce which I made from dairy free milk, vegan cheese, and Cajun seasoning!

Perfect, we call them loaded fries here in Australia. Toppings are endless.
