@loles-mhotmail-com Thank you Maloles. I have been playing around with the cinnamon dough recipe and I have found that it is very versatile. I have made tons of cinnabons that never failed, but also (with the same dough recipe)
– plain loaf (only halved the sugar)
– cinnamon and raisin loaf
– plain loaf without the butter
– blueberry loaf
I always struggled with baking bread, especially getting the bread to be soft and fluffy all the way through. So if you ever want to try, I would definitely suggest the cinnabon dough recipe of David Cowcill. I bake it in a heated dutch oven.1
