Lavender infused affogato
Could not keep my layers from mixing. Need some more practice, but love the colour and presentation.

The colour is absolutely gorgeous. Even if the layers mixed, the final result still looks elegant and intentional.
One small tip for keeping the layers defined: make sure both components have different densities and temperatures. Pour the second layer slowly over the back of a spoon, and chill the first layer well so it firms up slightly before adding the next. It really helps prevent mixing.
