Yesterday my dear amiga Bea @beatriztorijagmail-com posted her beautiful squid dish and since the two of us share almost identical taste in food, her cravings usually become mine. And it works both ways. 😁 She suddenly wants pasta whenever I post one… and I instantly crave seafood the moment she shares anything that even hints at the sea.
So after seeing her squid yesterday, there was no escape… I had to make my own today. I went for tender squid paired with a classic Dalmatian side (potatoes with Swiss chard), that gentle, earthy combination that brings a bit of the Adriatic straight to the plate.
This is what I love about our Scoolinary community: one post, one dish, and inspiration travels from kitchen to kitchen.
