Last Friday, before travellint to Como to meet an old friend I hadn’t seen for years, I spent the morning baking macarons. 💙💗
Light blue ones filled with lemon cream, and pink ones with my homemade strawberry jam. 🍋🍓
I brought them as a gift — and she absolutely loved them.
It reminded me once again how food connects people, even before we sit down to eat together. ✨
