Hazelnut Pain Aux Raisin. Work in progress. A little thicker then it should be but Ionly had a 5 in ring. Still it looked amazing and tasted great.

My greatest challenge when working with this dough is rolling to even thickness. I have a small portable sheeter so most must be done by hand. I am a high school Culinary Arts teacher and I just want to learn more so that I can teach my students more.most of what I have learned is self taught, and now I want to refine my skills.
