Some evenings aren’t remembered by the time they lasted, but by the taste that stays behind.
This was one of those… a simple table, a few friends, glasses clinking, and a tartare in the center, like a quiet secret not meant to be easily revealed.

Tender meat, seaweed caviar carrying a breath of the ocean, almonds whispering under the teeth, butter melting at the mere glance, and parsley binding it all with the scent of spring.
The toast on the side, perfectly golden, waited to collect what would’ve been a sin to leave behind.

Each bite felt like a promise of another conversation that didn’t need an end.
In the end, only empty plates remained and the feeling that dinner had a soul.

Maravilloso, tiene que estar buenísimo. ¿has probado hacer tu propia mantequilla y encima de sabores?.

@cecu6669hotmail-com Thank you Antonio. I haven’t made my own aromatic butter yet, but I’m definitely planning to. Thanks for the advice ♥️

Oh wow, Lana… this is a story whispered in textures and silence. That tartare — so carefully built, topped with ocean and earth — feels like it holds a secret only shared at candlelight. The photo, with its soft focus and poetic light, is already inviting someone to sit, toast, and listen.

Save me a seat at the next one, please. I won’t talk much (promise) — just enough to earn a bite 🥂✨
